All products are shipped free and leave our warehouse within 2-4 days after each order is placed. We offer complimentary FedEx Home Delivery Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will include a freight charge equal to 35% of the order value. We do not currently ship outside the U.S.

Every product you order arrives in 1-3 boxes for single pendants and 5-7 boxes for multi-pendants, each weighing less than 10 pounds. Each order includes:

• One box containing modular base components like the socket and bulb.
• A separate box for each piece of glass.
• A separate box for each shade.

We take great care in packing your order to ensure that it arrives safe and sound. Components are individually boxed to ensure damage-free delivery and easy assembly.
